What girl doesn’t dream of a Marc Jacobs handbag? So beautiful and well, just perfect, how could anyone resist? I most definitely couldn’t. I think maybe it’s the name, Marc Jacobs. Wouldn’t you just love to tell someone “Yes, this is a Marc Jacobs handbag” and watch as they stare on at you in envy? I think one of the greatest attractions is the price, as with all designer brands. The idea of being able to spend on something as luxurious as a gorgeous Marc Jacobs handbag is enough to make anyone smile.

It certainly makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Okay, so maybe having the money isn’t enough to make you feel good, but surely the shopping experience is. When you pay for that bag, it becomes YOUR Marc Jacobs handbag, that has to got to be a great feeling, to know you now own something incredible, which not many people do by the way. Another thing to consider is the style, the beauty, the elegance. How a simple handbag can make an enormous difference to an outfit. Your look can go from boring to intriguing; from tired to invigorating; from dull to glamorous. And when it’s a Marc Jacobs handbag, any outfit would look magnificent.

Wouldn’t you want to be envied, as you walked down the street, with a gorgeous handbag on your arm? You’d be walking tall, with so much confidence. It would make you instantly feel good about yourself. So, I guess making extravagant purchases, is good for our mental wellbeing. Wow, another reason to go shopping. I guess, to improve your health, you would ‘need’ to complete your outfit, with some new dresses, tops, skirts, trousers and shoes, of course. How could we survive without our shoes? Then if we’ve spent so much already it would do no harm to continue to improve our image, and our mental wellbeing (yes, shopping is really good for our health).

Maybe we’d buy a new iPod, because music be the food of love, and a new phone, because the scratched up phone we own right now doesn’t really match with our handbag, the Marc Jacobs handbag, or as I like to call it the handbag of happiness. I don’t know. Maybe it’s because I’m young, and love to spend money. I’m constantly shopping, and buying new clothes to ‘replace’ what I already have (though the old stuff stays in place too). In fact it is so bad that my wardrobe actually bursts. I’m trying to hide the clothes from my mom, so I have bags stuffed under my bed, and even in my brothers’ wardrobes. An addiction, I think. I can’t settle for anything, but I know if I had a Marc Jacobs handbag on my arm, I’d definitely not be replacing it in a hurry, unless I fell in love with a new Marc Jacobs handbag.
